ENZYME THERAPY

Enzymes are the important part of natural food that causes it to age.  For example, enzymes are the part of a banana that cause it turn from green to yellow to brown which is the banana digesting itself.  It is necessary for all food to have their own enzymes in order to spare our digestive enzymes from becoming overworked and depleted.

In an effort to increase the shelf life of food, the food industry removes crucial enzymes and does not replace them.  For example, a fresh caught tuna fish may last about 3 days while a can of tuna fish can last 3 years.  When food can last this long on the shelf the important enzymes have been removed which make it impossible to digest.  Food without enzymes will remain undigested in the gastrointestinal tract eventually becoming rotten and toxic to our body.  Eating food without enzymes for a long period of time is the direct cause of many of our society’s chronic degenerative diseases.

We have studied and become experts in enzyme therapy.  We are trained to use special testing to identify what your body specifically digests and does not digest.  If testing determines that you are not able to digest certain foods than we will design a unique diet program combined with specific plant enzyme formulas.  Our goal is to help you digest your food properly, get rid of any symptoms and reverse the disease process.
